Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Such great service and the best pool we have been in for a long time. Great comfy beds and bathtub! They spoke to us so nicely and made us feel special as it was my husbands birthday they gave him a cake and gift and even gave our baby a gift too. Really good breakfast variety too

I booked a modern business hotel king room, but during the May Day holiday, the front desk lady upgraded me to a great executive suite. I stayed there for two days. The top floor has a wide view and is beautiful at night, overlooking the surrounding green landscape. They also gave me afternoon tea. Cherry and AKida are gentle, meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast is very rich, with both Western and Chinese styles. The restaurant is spacious and grand, and there is also very smooth tofu pudding, which I love to drink. Afternoon tea is given when I check in. There are different types of desserts every day. The food in the Chinese restaurant is also delicious, and the food is delivered to the room. I highly recommend this hotel. I like the Crowne Plaza brand and various brands under InterContinental. I often stay in other cities.

I really don't understand why the concierge drove me away twice while I was waiting for my friend in the hotel lobby. Finally, they apologized and gave me breakfast coupons after they found out I was staying at the hotel. We are all Chinese, there is no need to think highly of ourselves.
