先説優點：
地段真心好，出門就是公交密度橋站，坐1路可以直達拱宸橋，對面站台坐10路可以到西湖。地鐵站也比較近，步行十分鐘左右就可以到。
他家可以免費停車，省去了很多費用，這點不錯。
下面是不足：
房間特別小，雖然已經升過房了，但標間空間依然顯得非常侷促，裝修也顯老氣。
噪音問題，二樓居然還能感覺到地鐵的轟隆聲，沒幾分鐘就來一次，尤其晚上睡覺更明顯，好在地鐵不是24小時運行。
看過評價，早飯沒在他家吃，門口就有麪館，可以試試杭州特色的片兒川，味道還不錯。
總體，就價位而言，算是中規中矩的一家酒店。

酒店房間朝南，院子裏比較安靜，房間衞生很乾凈，位置優越，在廣電正對面，武林商圈，屬於是杭州的老市中心。周邊購物美食一應俱全，特別適合出遊的朋友們，酒店前台小姐姐很熱情，有問題馬上解決，最關鍵的是免費停車，院子裏餐廳湘菜非常好吃😋，下次有機會來杭州還會入住

房間比較小，設施還好，比較有格調，位置還算不錯，就在浙江台對面，交通很便利。服務還好，是國企酒店，各方面還有保障。早餐差點意思，人少的話是一碗簡單的粉，人多嘛早餐也大多都是預製菜，當然現在很多飯店也都是預製菜了。

服務周到，入住贈送了小水果。位置很不錯，門口就是公交車站，步行地鐵口十分鐘左右，交通很便利。就是窗户不怎麼隔音，二層能清楚的聽到樓下説話的聲音。

賓館很乾凈，交通很便捷，很安靜，服務也很好，餐廳是湘菜館，口味很好。房價價格性價比高，可以寄存行李，還可以免費停車。下次還會選擇！

位置的挺好的，周圍有地鐵站和公交站，交通出行的方便，離西湖不遠。底下有小賣部，小麪館，很方便的。還有特產農貿市場，購物方便。

房間地段性價比可以的，打的去西湖十幾塊，坐公交車也很方便，就是自助早餐20一位差勁了一點，品類太少太少了，不過總體來説春節期間300多的家庭房已經做的非常棒了，繼續加油呀！！！

床非常舒服，整個酒店很乾凈，感覺裝修比較傳統，挺像香港那邊的酒店，空間利用非常有效。

老牌子的酒店了在市中心樓下有個便利店很方便，房間不大，但是還整潔，洗手間是後來翻新過得，這個地段價格很優惠了
