房間一般，房間裏設施不全，整個房間衹有一個燈，沒有壁燈等，房間一關燈就全暗，一開又太亮。衞生間用的浴霸，照明燈壞了，衹能用浴霸的高熱燈照明，洗個澡汗流浹背。還有，門鎖也是壞的，剛到民宿時，門鑰匙取不出來，老闆衹能破鎖後換了個鎖，還是壞的，外面鎖不了門。空調，大半天才又感覺。
