After the brothers and sisters learned about my situation, they immediately upgraded the room type for me for free, and specially selected a room close to the elevator to facilitate my access; they also thoughtfully prepared crutches and wheelchairs for me so that I could move around the hotel with peace of mind; considering that I might feel cold, they also provided extra quilts. What touched me most was that in the early hours of the morning, you also opened the restaurant for my friends to have a dinner, so that we could get together to our heart's content; in the early morning, the robot brought me breakfast carefully wrapped in plastic wrap, so that I could feel full of care even in the pain. It was your meticulous care that made my injured foot swell by more than half the next day. It's close to Liangzhu, and I'm generally satisfied with it. The hotel is relatively clean, and there aren't too many people during the Spring Festival. The breakfast area is a little small, and there's basically no one managing it, so it's hard to find a spot late at night. There are few parking spaces, and I coordinated with the front desk to find out that other areas with private parking spaces can also be parked. The room is fully stocked. I tried the fruit delivery service at Atour, but it's not quite the same as in the photo, and needs improvement.

I was very satisfied with the room this time. This is my second time staying at Atour Hotel. It is cost-effective, the room is clean, the service is considerate, and it is really considerate to send hot water before going out in winter. I will stay there again next time.
