I have been to Hangzhou countless times. This is my first time to book Wenlan. In just two days, Chengbei Wenlan has become the best Hangzhou hotel in my heart! I won’t say much about the hardware facilities. What you see on the platform is what you get! The hygiene and bedding are very good! What makes me most satisfied is the service of the entire hotel: before the car was parked, the private housekeeper Miss Li had already greeted us at the door of the hotel. Her kind, polite, friendly and professional image and service attitude are very comfortable! Since we arrived at the hotel in advance, we were just going to store our luggage and then go shopping around before checking in, but Miss Li immediately helped us adjust the room and let us check in immediately. The efficiency and service attitude are extremely outstanding! During the two days of staying, Miss Li had a lot of trouble. Every time Miss Li quickly helped me arrange it properly. The level of Wenlan’s housekeeper service can be said to be quite professional and excellent, and seeing that it was my younger brother who was staying, Miss Li also specially prepared a racing car as a gift for the child. It was really thoughtful! Because the Ultraman room we stayed in was an executive room, Miss Li also thoughtfully gave afternoon tea and happy hour! In addition to the excellent butler service of Wenlan, I was also amazed by the hotel's swimming pool, which was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed Wenlan's buffet dinner, which was another surprise, seafood, foie gras...👍! In this short vacation, all the happiness was given by Chengbei Wenlan. The room is spacious, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, clean and sanitary. There is a happy hour in the executive lounge on the 23rd floor at night, with desserts and fruits, which is great. The breakfast variety is also rich. There is Joy City nearby for shopping and eating, the price-performance ratio is good, I will come again next time.
