位置非常有優勢，出門右邊走5分鐘就是西湖，非常方便，酒店背後就是保俶塔，可以拍到斷橋全景。周圍名勝古蹟也很多

工作人員很熱情，房間的景觀不錯。房間業很大。我延遲到了1點退房也不錯。還有免費停車。總的感覺不錯。交通方便，離南長街很近。

酒店在西湖東北邊的保叔路上，距離西湖大約500米，走路很快就到了，很方便。靠馬路的房間關上雙層窗後隔音效果很好，中央空調控制也很方便。酒店的設施很好，乾淨，服務貼心，好評。1.8米的大床不是很軟，喜歡軟床的朋友或許可以提要求，與前台溝通換合適的房。

大老遠拖着個行李箱找到酒店本以為起碼也算個連鎖公司的，結果環境一般般前台小哥從頭到尾沒給個笑臉就算了語氣還好像是欠他錢一樣的，要不是因為走了一天太累了又拖着兩個行李箱還有大包小包的真心想退單換個地方住🤦🏿♀️

帶着長者孩子一起出遊，訂的套房上下層兩張大床很方便，離西湖近，走路去就很方便，出門就有幾家飯店，吃飯也很方便，酒店還送了簡餐，客服人員態度很好。房間很乾凈，還貼心的給小朋友準備拖鞋和洗刷用品。

首先位置太好了，就在斷橋旁邊不遠，停車位雖然有限但是管理有方。房間很乾凈，服務特別好，很貼心的配四瓶水，還可以再加。旅行中兩瓶確實是不夠的。周邊吃飯太方便了，杭幫菜和小吃都很正宗，果斷續住一晚。

酒店離斷橋殘雪的景點非常近，酒店的工作人員都熱情專業，門口一位大姐主動給我們介紹景點和附近的好吃的，囑咐我們一些注意事項。我們訂的家庭房，原本衹送2份早餐，酒店又加贈了1份早餐。房間衞生、乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，床品非常舒服。
