I was transiting in Hangzhou by plane, so I blindly chose this hotel thinking that the stay at Lefeng should be more comfortable, but I was greatly disappointed. It can be said that this is the worst hotel experience. First of all, when I booked the hotel, I saw that it provided airport pick-up service. After landing at T3 at 0:00, I contacted the hotel and was told that it was not possible to pick up the airport at T3. I could only walk 15 minutes to T4 to take a bus. I stayed near the airport in the middle of the night with a lot of bags and small bags, but I didn’t want to be more convenient and rest early. Why couldn’t I pick up the airport at T3? In the end, I paid for a taxi and left. Then, after arriving at the hotel, the whole corridor was full of stench. The stench was even worse when I opened the door of the room. It was the smell of stinky feet from a long-distance bus. I have never stayed in a hotel that stinks so much. I feel sick after staying in the room for a while. The hotel facilities are very old, and there are peeling paint everywhere. The room is also very small. It is highly not recommended! Don’t choose this one!

This hotel was carefully selected on various platforms and it was completely in line with expectations. I arrived at the airport at 9:20 pm and called the hotel. They picked me up in a few minutes. The minibus driver was very warm and cute. He introduced us to the local attractions. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The electric curtains and the front desk are gentle. I will recommend it to my friends.

There is an airport pick-up service at night! ! The driver is super nice! ! After arriving at the hotel, check-in was super fast, and the room was super super nice and slept very comfortably ~ The front desk sisters were super patient, polite and especially gentle! ! ! I recommend everyone to stay here for overnight transfers, and it is also very close to the airport! !

The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and nice. The room is very clean. It is very good to rest when passing by on a business trip. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. I will choose it again next time I pass by
