I booked a four seasons city room. I really liked the layout of the room, the fixtures and fittings were nice and the room had a great feeling to it overall. The reception staff were friendly and even offered free breakfast coupons. The hot water in the room itself however was lukewarm at the best of times, both in the shower and bath. I mentioned to the hotel that the water wasn't warm enough and they noted that they were aware of the problem and had tried to fix it, but couldn't. Unfortunately this isn't good enough for a new hotel which opened in 2020 and received a 4.7/5 review on trip.com. My baths and showers therefore had to be very short as the water was so tepid. There was also nowhere to hang towels or bath robes, a small detail but something that the hotel could consider looking into.

The room is small in size and has complete facilities, but there is no place to hang clothes. The hotel breakfast doesn't have many choices, but it's okay. The sanitary facilities are complete but poorly designed. The advantage is that there are family rooms. If you have larger children, this is a suitable choice.

The experience was terrible. The air conditioner was buzzing before going to bed at 11 o'clock, and then I thought it was because the temperature was too high. It would take a while, and my head was buzzing all the time. I couldn't sleep. I called the front desk and had to wait for him to arrange accommodation. It's much better to change to another room. I don't know if it's mosquito bites or the sheets are not clean. Anyway, I woke up with itchy legs. I survived all night. Poor review
