The room is really big and clean. It is very close to the train station. The front desk lady is very gentle. Because the flight was delayed, I asked the lady to delay the check-out and she helped me to extend it with a good attitude. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance~

The room is spacious, with a small coffee table and a recliner, and tea, which feels very good. The sound insulation effect is good when the window is closed, but I still like to sleep with the window open for ventilation. The characteristic of hotels in Hangzhou is that they like to free the washbasin from the bathroom and put it at the door. There is also a takeaway robot, which is also a major feature. The robot will call someone to get the meal when it walks to the door of the room. It's cute. The bathroom of the double room is separated from the bath and toilet, which is great. It would be better if there was a shelf or something like that in the bathroom to hang towels for wiping water. Otherwise, after taking a warm bath, you have to run out to the top of the toilet to get a towel to wipe the water, which is too inconvenient. There is no place to put the clothes you wear. The shelf is above the toilet, not wide enough and a little high. Obviously, the wall opposite the shower is empty and you can put a shelf to put towels or hooks to hang clothes. This is a little shortcoming. The room is very large, and it would be better if there was a wardrobe to hang clothes. There is no floor light at night. When I get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet, I have to walk to the door to turn on the toilet light, which is a bit inconvenient. I like the room to be a little bright at night, but not so bright that I can't sleep. Overall, it's good. It's very close to the South Station. From the underground floor of the hotel, walk to the commercial street under the station and take the elevator up to the entrance. There is also a direct elevator. It takes more than ten minutes to get there, which is very convenient.

I stayed in three hotels in Hangzhou. This hotel is next to the South Railway Station. There is an elevator to the station without leaving. But the sign is not good. We walked around on the road before we saw it. The hotel service is not bad. We checked in early after arriving at 9 o'clock. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom floor feels a bit slippery when taking a shower. It is recommended to install a non-slip mat.

Every time I go to Hangzhou Xiaoshan, I must stay at the Four Seasons Hotel near Hangzhou South Station. It is close to Metro Line 5. You can go directly to the hotel through the underground passage. There is free parking in the basement. It takes 45 minutes to get to Xiaoshan Airport by subway and 15 minutes by taxi. You can get to the hospital or (shopping complex) by subway. The front desk staff is very service-oriented.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the South Station, a one-minute walk away. The environment is as good as ever, the soundproofing is very good and quiet, and the facilities are very new. The restaurant is large, the dishes are rich in variety, and the taste is also very good. In general, there are no disadvantages. It is a very good choice
