老闆熱情態度很好，房間的衞生也乾淨整潔，基礎設施較齊全。周邊臨近河坊街，購物、交通等也便利。

超級不滿意，門面看上去很好像很好，裏面其實就是一個旅館，又髒裡面又小～還說裝修沒多久，洗手間多处發霉～房间只有一个插头能使用～一家人出游，旅行箱放了就不能走路了，洗手间的门不能关，马桶冲不到～洗澡水忽冷忽热，这个天气的话真的太差了。脸盆旁边就是床，哪里有这种设计的呀～本来订了2个晚上，第一天就受不了～马上退了第二天。好评应该都是刷的，**上都是差评。服務還行，前台態度很好。

古色古香的客棧，和朋友出來玩，預訂了這一家評價較高的店，確實沒有失望，各方面都挺好的，位置很好就在河坊街夜市這邊，離西湖也很近走路15~20分鐘就到了，就一公里多，附近都是古城區，房間也很乾凈，前台態度也很好，還畫了地圖可以參考
