Reception is not good, they gave us a room with a broken shower head holder, the shower head dropped off all the time. They already aware of the problem but still didn't fix it before letting us in.
We should get a welcome gift according to the booking invoice but didn't get any, not even bother to ask.
Found an opening cotton pad when we checked in (as in photo)

從大一開始每次朋友和家人來杭州都住的這家 中間也試過其他的 同價位的酒店裡這家的設施環境和服務各方面都是最好的 超絕性價比！
酒店的設計有高級感 房間和浴室空間都很大 最重要的是！乾淨！ 本人超害怕一些衞生條件堪憂的酒店，但住逸澍完全不用擔心衞生 而且酒店人員態度都超好的 點外賣會有機器人送到房間安全又方便 酒店早餐也很不錯喲～
另外！酒店周圍超多網紅店，步行500米就是城西銀泰，吃飯購物逛街都無敵方便

酒店的地理位置不錯，周圍都是好吃的餐飲店.酒店晚上特別特別安靜.所有的小細節都體現了酒店的用心之處。超出我的預期，非常滿意，相信以後選擇酒店的時候會把逸澍放在第一.

酒店位置就在城西銀泰邊上，出門就是地鐵口，去哪都方便。
房間乾淨舒適，整潔明亮^_^打掃的大姐也服務熱情。

帶孩子來看足球賽的，整體滿意，服務也不錯，裝修比較新，周邊出行方便，樓下就是地鐵口，夜宵也有選擇，再走幾百米就是銀泰城。

來杭州旅遊，本次特意想找一個酒店是帶有廚房的，出發前已再三和平台確認我所預訂的房形是帶有廚房和廚具。但是到了入住前的兩小時酒店致電我才通知這個房形是沒有帶有廚房和廚具，而且整個酒店更是無煙房間不能煮食！非常失望！！
酒店方面最後只是安排免費送給早餐給我們來解決我們煮食的要求，但是我想說我們需要廚房的原因是需要煮午餐和晚餐，而不是你們隨便送我一個早餐缺愛當作解決問題。
另外酒店的衛生還非常差，我們住了四天，在第一天的時候清潔完告訴我們他們三點後就下班不能再清潔強行要求我們提前離開讓他們先清潔，另外四天內更加沒有換過床單被鋪。這個酒店以後都不會再住！
