本來計劃2/14入住，2/17離店的，付款的時候被告知14號沒有房了，於是預訂了15入住，17離店，14重新找了附近的一家酒店。結果…這大概是這麼多年在外住酒店體驗最差的一次了！
衞生：床和牀頭櫃的空隙有奶茶蓋子，一開始沒拍照片，直接撿起來扔垃圾桶了！晚上洗澡發現護理包是被拆開過的，也不知道阿姨在打掃房間的時候有沒有仔細檢查！
環境：隔音效果很差。早晚樓道有小朋友走動進出動靜蠻大的，可以蓋過我房間電視的聲音。
設施：中央空調啟動的時候聲音超級大。洗澡水忽冷忽熱。洗臉池的水下不去。門鎖壞了也沒有維修。安全是個大問題。
服務：早上打電話去前台問早餐到幾點結束，小哥哥説10點，結果9點40下去被告知9點30早餐就結束了。真的挺無語的，好在來到前台，美女小姐姐説會送一份到房間。服務還算可以。
整體真的太差了，跟我14號住的另外一家酒店沒法比，價格差不多，但是心理落差太大了，於是提前一天退房了，就住了一晚不會再來這家住了！希望酒店可以重視並改善！

同樣的價格在上海衹能擠在一個小角落裡，在杭州這邊還是市中心，就可以享受乾淨的、大大的房間，床很舒服，毛巾浴衣都很乾凈，杯具可以放心使用。在這裏眺望窗外可以看到城經。最重要的是服務，小姐姐服務態度非常好，下次來杭州還會再次預訂這個酒店!

衞生極差，床鋪上有很多垃圾污漬未打掃乾淨。本人入住該酒店三次，第一次忍氣吞聲，第二次找前台換房間了事，第三次去的房間更臟，根本都不想躺到床上！這就是四星級酒店的衞生服務水平？這也能評得上四星級酒店？再説服務，前台幾撥人毫無服務意識，每次去都對客人愛答不理，假裝忙的要死，實際不知道在幹嘛，每次都要我生氣地大聲喊才能獲得最基本的服務。再也不會來住了，祝趁早倒閉！
