在酒店洗完澡用吹風機，吹風機里居然飛高温鐵絲和鐵片，導致我和女朋友兩人均燙傷，事情發生了，我本着找酒店協商解決的態度。酒店態度十分惡劣，一直冷處理，全程就兩個前台出面，就説退部分房費50元，我真的是氣死了。於是報警，警察來到現場之後也是聯繫不到酒店經理，出了這麼嚴重的事情，作為酒店的處理態度就是這樣，事情已經過去一天了，現在沒有接收到酒店的任何賠償，而且酒店衞生堪憂，床單被褥上污漬。就想問下這樣的酒店誰敢住，下次説不定就吹風機直接爆炸了，最主要的是出了事情之後，酒店態度牛的很，反正賠償啥也沒有，你愛咋咋滴，警察過來調節也無濟於事。這不知道這酒店怎麼開起來的，好歹以前人家怡萊酒店還是個連鎖的，你這盜版的怡錦酒店看看就這態度，趕快倒閉吧，留着坑**不償命，大家在選擇這家酒店之前，先看看我們的例子，選擇為客户負責的酒店很重要，就像怡錦酒店不負責的還是算了吧。趕快倒閉吧，**酒店

房間的位置在科技城，地理位置還是很方便的，出差啥的首選，房間挺大的，屋裡的裝修中規中矩還行，早上可以在吧枱購買早餐券還是非常便利的，前台小姐姐服務也非常不錯，有問題也會第一時間幫忙解決👍👍就這價格還要啥自行車☺️☺️

房間非要好，安靜，樓下就有麪館挺方便的，金星地鐵站800米，後面有朋友過來也會推薦的，主要是西站過來比較近，樓下：沙縣小吃特別好吃。棒性價比超高，前台都是美女

酒店很好，非常正規。大堂也很大氣。幾位美女前台漂亮，服務很專業，態度也很好。房間也挺大的，住得很舒服。帶了小朋友，還特地送了早餐券。離西溪景區也方便，強烈好評！

房間衞生差點，部分地方看着很不舒服。酒店位置比較偏，樓下吃的比較少，旁邊都是賣車的，還有一個加油站，但停車挺方便，有自己的地下停車場，但前台服務一般，服務意識有待提高。
