Pros- great view of the river (got upgraded to a river view room), all the staff was so friendly and a lot spoke English, asked for ice twice and it was promptly brought up to the room, decent options on the breakfast buffet (especially if you’ve been in China for a while), an outdoor pool (unfortunately closed due to COVID, a bathtub, a buffet dinner located in the hotel lobby, hotel was clean and well maintained
Cons- (for Westerners ) beds were not the hardest I’ve slept on in China but not the softest either and the AC in the room was not able to be controlled individually. The room was rather hot and at times uncomfortable

Manager Sun's service is very good. He gave us hand care products when we checked in, which are very moisturizing. We checked in during Christmas, and the hotel gave us apples and small Christmas gifts. The atmosphere was very good and it was very thoughtful.
