Room is big but super cold!! We turned on the heater the whole night but the room hardly warmed up 🥶 Furnishings are old - wallpaper is peeling, towels are worn out. The TV remote is dusty!! Looks like no one has used or cleaned it for a long time.

It s a old hotel located near the airport. It is perfect for a transit but not for a long stay. It is very noisy because of the plane trafficking just above the hotel. There is also a rumbling noise inside the room like an electrical generator or a central ventilation. I couldn't sleep.
The staff is niceband helpful despite unable to speak English. And there are plenty of restaurants to chose from 10min walk from the hotel. It is also 100m from the metro station. They have free shuttle for the airport which is great

The hotel location is near to the Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport and the Yongsheng metro station but it is really far away from the attractions like The West Lake. The toilet is quite messy and dirty as there are alot of hairs from the previous customer that did not been clean. For services wise，some of the staff are kinda friendly but when I ask for the free airport drop-off services they said its not applicable which is not tally with the description on Trip‘s，so yea better make a call and double confirm with them. Besides that，they just provide a paper cup for wash up and drinking water which the part that I really cannot accept. Overall，its been a quite bad experience for me and really not recommended for others.

We booked this hotel because it is one metro station away from the airport. Because our flight is quite late and we are concerned by the time we leave the airport, there won't be any more train to the city. This hotel is a good choice for people arriving late or planning to stay near the airport before catching an early flight out.
