I didn't ask for any service
Facilities - very average
I went for breakfast in the morning but it was Chinese breakfast and very few continental so I finally didn't have breakfast during my 2 day stay.
The water pressure in the bathroom is not good.

It is right next to Zhejiang University and has convenient transportation. There is a subway station downstairs and a shopping mall opposite. The environment is good, the hygiene is good, and the service is good, but the room is a bit small.
