Made this booking on 10 October for our trip/stay there on 28 November, only to be told at 10PM+ when we reached the hotel that our room was somehow booked out by someone else and they had to shift us to another hotel. Didn't have any choice but to simply accept follow their instructions and we had to walk a good 5-10mins away to another sister hotel as claimed. Granted, the front desk lady did help to move one of our luggage on her own. The replacement hotel was alright, but when we checked online the value was lesser/cheaper than we had booked originally and offered nothing like the view/experience we expected when we made this original booking. Could have communicated earlier or perhaps offer a better room as an apology? Very disappointing.
