This was my third time staying at this hotel. It’s always super convenient. The room I stayed in this time was my favorite room yet. The bathroom had a tub and the ceiling was high enough for my height. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked incredibly well

This place is amazing!! Perfect location if you want to experience the beauty of Hangzhou. I highly recommend this hotel, there is an old guy there who is very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️

It’s comfortable room, not that big, but we get the room close to the main road. And actually we can hear our neighbors voice, so it’s annoying especially in early morning if we wanna slow morning -.- and bcs we can’t speak mandarin, better if you put English name in front of this.

A very standard accomodation with a standard service. Nothing special; bed was comfortable, there was no plug in the room to use the bath but thankfully shower had a good pressure.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

A nice family run guesthouse walking distance to many parks and West Lake - Xihu. Clean and comfortable Guesthouse and hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Made this booking on 10 October for our trip/stay there on 28 November, only to be told at 10PM+ when we reached the hotel that our room was somehow booked out by someone else and they had to shift us to another hotel. Didn't have any choice but to simply accept follow their instructions and we had to walk a good 5-10mins away to another sister hotel as claimed. Granted, the front desk lady did help to move one of our luggage on her own. The replacement hotel was alright, but when we checked online the value was lesser/cheaper than we had booked originally and offered nothing like the view/experience we expected when we made this original booking. Could have communicated earlier or perhaps offer a better room as an apology? Very disappointing.

This is a small quiet inn located in a little village type community in the West Lane zone. Easily bikeable to west lake. The room was decent. Not luxurious but
Strong hot water and AC strong and has everything you need.
