乾淨整潔，房間面積很大，適合我們帶倆娃出行的，隔音還行，很安靜，有大大的落地窗户，窗户外面綠化很漂亮，窗簾隔光很好，智能開關，不過不喜歡房間的地毯，還是喜歡地板，覺得更乾淨
細節方面建議配備洗手液，拖鞋質感再好點，有寶寶拖鞋就更好了
早餐是份飯，不是自助餐，一人一份管飽，酒店工作人員看我們四個人，還贈送了一晚葱油拌麪，茶很好喝，要是咖啡不是速溶的就更好啦
關於交通：離西溪公園北門特別近，拐個彎就到，北門門口有個地鐵站，去哪兒都很方便，酒店旁邊底商很多，吃喝俱全

首先説酒店邊上真的什麼都沒有，除了有個霸王茶姬，連個賣水果的都沒有，吃飯確實不方便。酒店其實硬件還是對得起這個價格的，也幫我升級了，可是我想説那個冰箱是二手的嗎？根本不製冷啊，週五杭州25度，想把飲料放進去冷一下根本沒温度～再就是前台的小姐姐，除了一個實習的還有點熱情，週五的那個女的不知道在忙點什麼，一點笑容都沒有，更別説你好，這種問候。服務員全是阿姨，早餐裏一共三個橘子還有一個是壞的離譜的，我跟阿姨反映，她連不好意思都不説，直接説我也不知道，然後又拿了2個説多送你一個，難道我就是因為多要你一個🍊？總之服務體驗感很差

酒店在西溪濕地北門幾百米路程，非常方便，周邊吃飯也很方便。裝修風格感覺是復古“繁花”風格，可以拍照出片。房間蠻大的，標間的床也很大每一張，適合帶娃出行。早餐是套餐，搭配也很合理，三個人吃兩份也足夠了。服務人員餐廳阿姨都很禮貌客氣。推薦去西溪濕地遊玩的可以沖！

酒店位置離西溪濕地很近，天目裏需要叫車才能到達，房間很大，但是枕頭兩個都有點低，淋浴間沒有護髮素，前台小姐姐服務很好，停車方便，總體性價比很高

帶着孩子來杭州玩兩天，想去西溪濕地看看，就選了這家離景區近的酒店。果然沒讓人失望，酒店雖小，可是裝修的很漂亮，攜程預訂還升級了房間，贊👍。離西溪濕地北門很近，五分鐘的路程，北門還有19號線地鐵口，出行也很方便。早餐是套餐，吃飽可以。附近吃的也多，吃飯比較方便的。
