You need a QR code to get to the lobby which is on the 10th floor, I wasn’t sent a QR code before arrival and struggled to get to the lobby. After asking the security to let me in, it was a long struggle with my broken Chinese. Staff otherwise are nice but the amenities were dirty. Toilet seat dirty and wall paints falling off. Few stains on the bed sheets.
