Best Experience Ever! The service was really unexpectedly amazing. Top notch service by every single staff from the front desk to back end cleaning aunty. Everyone was friendly and went above their regular duties to go all out to help. Eg. With my difficult return of online purchases. The most amazing thing was the free laundry service they provided. All I needed to do was to drop off my clothes and tick the service "wash and dry" or "sort white and black" and the clothes were returned by the end of the day hanged on my door, washed smelling good and folded. Surprisingly this service is free. Safe to say, it's my best hotel experience in my many years of travel to China. Highly recommended.

Location is a bit far from westlake area. You have to travel in the area to find some nice restaurants or shops. Staff is friendly.
