Really cute hotel. The only thing that bothered me was a window which was obstructed by entry to the hotel. Room 205.

It was a wonderful experience in this hotel although the women who checked us in were needed more training to give us better service. but overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The name says it all: Cozy. Very nice hotel, our room was undoubtedly cozy, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and has plenty to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel. We planned on staying one night, but ended up staying another. The bathtub is especially amazing! The people were wonderful and very helpful as well. The hotel looks amazing from the outside and is also hidden away from the main traffic road. It’s really peaceful and we will definitely go back again when we return to Hangzhou.

The hotel is not very close to any Metro stations, but it’s about 10 minutes drive away from Hangzhou East Railway Station. The interior is a little dated, but considering the price, it’s good value for money. The staff is very helpful, and the restaurant provides pretty good food. Overall, it’s a great value offer.

This is my favorite hotel. The service is great, the staff members are friendly and kind. The rooms are always neat, comfy, and cozy.

There are so many mosquitoes on the first floor of the room with a large bathtub... There are also super big spiders (long legs that specialize in eating mosquitoes). The bed is clean and comfortable. The toothbrush is very hard and will prick the flesh. The roses in the bathtub have been opened (not new)... There are many small flies on the railing above the bathtub (free disposable bathtub cover is good), drinks in the refrigerator are charged, the shower is broken, the sound insulation is good, the wifi is not too good, the TV configuration is relatively low and small, the clarity is not high, but you can watch movies at will, but it will automatically cut off halfway through, embarrassing 😓 I can only play half of Avengers 4 for some reason, the disposable slippers are of good quality but a little small, and the lighting belongs to the atmosphere group and is not very bright. The electric mosquito coil is broken and can be turned on, but it is about to fall apart. I am really afraid of leakage. The shower is broken, the water flow is irregular like a faucet, the glue seal of the glass door at the bathroom door has been degummed, and there are all kinds of mosquito corpses and spider webs on the ceiling. There is a vase at the door (it looks like a vase display) and there are all kinds of mold spots on the furniture, and there is no vase yet 😅 Overall, the experience is average, the environment is claustrophobic and suitable, and the decoration is more romantic

I could smell the delicious aroma when I arrived at the door. The appearance is very European and romantic. I went there early and the lady upgraded my room for free. The service is very good and the location is also very good. It is the first choice for friends who go to Sijiqing! It is also very close to the East Station.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, but not too old. It's just that some people like to smoke and damage or discolor the carpet. Hygiene: The sanitation and cleaning can really be above 95 points. Except that they don't help to put shoes in place, everything else is OK. Environment: The environment is really superb. The garden-style hotel is really healing. We also ate takeaway barbecue in the garden. The location is very good. We drove there. There is free parking. It's very convenient. They also helped us upgrade the room. Thank you very much🙏 I will choose this hotel when I come to Hangzhou in the future.
