Nice view, and the place is neat the subway. However, the swim pool is not in the another building, and is not appropriate for the people who wanna “swim”.

Disappointing Experience at Twinkle Hotel, Hangzhou My stay at Twinkle Hotel in Hangzhou left me with mixed feelings. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, several aspects of my experience were quite disappointing, enough that I regret my decision to stay there. Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be somewhat indifferent. While they efficiently checked me in, their lack of warmth and smiles made them appear disinterested in guests' experience. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was its advertised pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have a pool of its own. Instead, guests are directed to a nearby pool club, which, to its credit, was nice. However, the hotel misrepresents the pool service; they only provide a one-time ticket for the entire stay. If you wish to use the pool again on another day, you must pay an additional 128 RMB. This crucial information was not disclosed during booking, which I consider to be deceptive advertising. Another disappointment was regarding a promised free gift of digital version pictures, as stated in the booking. When I inquired about this at the front desk, they claimed to have no knowledge of such an offer. This inconsistency added to my frustration and left me questioning whether the fault lies with the booking app or the hotel itself.

VERY COOL BATHTUB

Good location with alot of food and supermarket just right downstairs. The room and facilities is all very new and nice. Super love the comfy home feel and the staff here is all very helpful. Will defen come back here to stay again if I’m coming.

the service is great! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Nan and Jane. Dinner is delicious and caters for variety of Western cuisines. A definite recommendation!

Because I wanted to watch Li Jian's concert, I booked this room early. It was an extremely wonderful holiday. The weather, singing, and accommodation were all perfect. The room design is the fashionable style I like. The subway is also very convenient, and Line 6 is just around the corner. What's surprising is that I also got five travel photos as gifts. I thank the travel photographer Fengshou for his enthusiastic service, and also thank Xiao Li and Xiao Qian.

The hotel looks quite high-end, and the decoration style is different from other hotels. My friends like it very much. It has a dark style, and the LED screen on the first floor is good for taking pictures. The hotel ambassador Amber provided very good service. She called in advance, arranged the room, and sent a buckwheat pillow in advance, which was very considerate. The scenery and environment of the hotel are very good, and the transportation is also convenient. It is very close to the subway station and you can just walk there. The room is also very clean and tidy. I will come again if I have the chance, and I will contact Amber then.
