During check-in, the counter staff kept telling people to cancel their bookings and go stay at Jinjiang Metropol instead.
On the day of check-out, I paid to extend my stay for a few hours as I had a late flight. But my card key no longer works and I had to take the lift up and down 3 times to convince the counter staff that the door is faulty.
When they finally sent one of their staff to assist, he conveniently went to help another customer on the same floor first (a Caucasian) when I was already rushing for time.
By the time he came by to "help", he had no idea how to change the batteries for the door. It was quite a sight seeing him hold onto the Master Key and a bunch of batteries looking lost.
In the end, I had to go downstairs again to get another staff to help, who in turn called a technician to open the door.

Visited 2 Vienna hotels in 2 different cities. 1 in tonglu and 1 here. Both a bit dated. And both had ske in non smoking rooms. It's ok but would not book this brand again.

Overall is good enough for the price paid for
Had one night stay only for transfer to CRH bullet train
The location is far from airport

I always stay in this hotel when visiting Hangzhou. It's a 5min walk from the station. Beds are extremely comfortable and never have a problem booking in or extending my stay. Highly recommend it. The washing facilities are also outstanding, but the fitness is nothing special really just 2xtreadmill(if I remember correctly) , bike and a stair master

The room is good but there are no smoking rooms for smokers.

The Vienna International Hotel near Hangzhou East Railway Station is a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for travelers arriving by high-speed train. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the station, making it very accessible. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and efficient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its location and is ideal for families or travelers on short trips. We’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars for its convenience, cleanliness, and affordability.

Hotel location is about 10 to 15 mins walk from the railway station. We got a twin beds room and the plus point is the room size is super big but the room needs some minor works. All the twin rooms face the railway tracks so it can be noisy at about 5am. Generally I will consider this hotel in my next trip.
