We had excellent stay there. the words can not describe this great hotel. big rooms , clean and very new hotel with good service and suitable price.
we are very very satisfied. highly recommended. we stayed three nights. first night we had problem with heating , immediately they came to fix it, as it needed time so the changed our room immediately. we had a very good experience there.

Really comfortable, clean and complete room. Nice and kind, professional staff. Hotel situated less than 10 minutes walking from the subway station.

Hotel is a bit old and room design are dated. Best thing is the location if you want to access downtown. Close to train station.

staff nice enough and helpful. staff gets 5 stars. breakfast was ok. what i disliked was the smell. i booked non smoking. the first room reeled like an ashtray. they immediately changed it. the new room seemed pk, only after i sat down i. one of the chairs that i smelt smoke on the furniture again hours later it was uncomfortable to smell, but bearable for only 2 nights. but seriously needs some airing out or some more definite distinction between smoker and non smoker

This hotel was very good for the price range, the beds are comfy and there are a quite lot of amenities available. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too with there being something for everyone. The only minor thing to look out for I would say was that there seemed to be a lingering cigarette scent in the room that I stayed in, but it didn’t bother me too much.

The staff was very helpful and patient with us. I booked the wrong month and my reservation was not matching. They told me not to worry and we figured it out. Then they upgraded us !
The beds and blankets/pillows are very comfortable and the bathroom is really well equipped.
The only downside is that it smelled a bit or cigarette when the bathroom ventilator was turned on. The room was very clean and was indeed smoke free.
