The service from the front desk lady is quite good. The first room given was too dark and small cannot open our luggages. We requested to change to the room shown in their publish picture. Hmmm...slightly bigger, does not has table and chair. The tiles in the bathroom are all broken, must be very careful when taking a bath, fear of cutting my feet. The air conditioner adjusts to hot air, but ends up blowing cold air. Pillow too thin did not sleep well, requested but no feedback. All the hotels provide 2 pillows per pax, but this only 1.Poor me... The good thing is the room is quite clean and it is close to the walking street and subway stations.
