Far from center with traffic(small roads on the way there). I would not recommend staying here if you want to explore the city. The resort doesnt have that much scenery, meaning you still have to take a taxi to go around. The reception is not that friendly.

<行> 出行選擇了高鐵，攜程的接站也很順暢，師傅早早就致電告知了路線。杭州東站至酒店20分鐘左右，暢通無阻
<住>入西湖周圍，我爸説住在山裡嗎，我説對啊，山谷裏。轉眼就來到酒店大堂，中式大氣。通鋪地毯的走道，乾淨整潔，門牌是我很喜歡的陶瓷。開門映入眼簾的翠綠是真的讓人心曠神怡
<遊>酒店的位置很優越，步行至西湖15-20分鐘左右，吃完飯從銀泰打車回去也很方便
補充：晚上睡覺真的是很安靜很愜意，有時間還會再去。

整個山莊是在三台山上 綠樹成蔭空氣清新。前台小姐姐非常好還給我免費升級了更大的房間 陽台是靠山上的 。去西湖景區基本2公里左右。我訂的項目裏還包含了一箇中式套餐解決了2天的晚餐。菜品也不錯 早餐基本包含了中西式，品種也多。味道不錯。特別是晚餐幫我們服務的小哥哥很好，很有耐心。體現了五星級酒店的服務水準。前台的每位服務人員都很貼心。微笑服務有求必應。應該會二刷的酒店。遺憾是杭州進入夏天已經很悶熱了。但酒店的房間裏很舒服。温度適宜。

優點:1.地理位置好，從酒店出來往下走就是三台雲水和烏龜潭，離花港觀魚也不遠。
2.內部環境很適合孩子長者，有個很漂亮的湖，可以餵魚觀察小動物，還有個小小的小童樂園。
3.早餐豐富，送的旅拍非常加分，而且不會強制付費選片。
4.酒店停車場出來，自行車棚有杭州小紅車，非常方便自行車騎行周邊。
5.打掃及時，吃個早餐的功夫，房間都整理好了。
缺點:1.從酒店走到主路需要一段距離，晚上燈光不夠，黑黑的有點害怕。
2.服務意識有，但不多。第一天出租車到酒店，一個人拖着行李帶着娃，下車沒有禮賓幫拿，路過的其他工作人員完全看不到顧客。僅入住後，有禮賓幫拿帶到房間。酒店工作人員遇到賓客，不會主動問好。
建議:1手繪地圖，入住時主動告知周邊景點，凸現酒店人文氣息。最後一天才摸索到周邊景點，竟然離酒店這麼近。

寶藏酒店
1.環境美：比前兩天住在西湖邊更讓你心曠神怡。
2.衞生乾淨服務好：小童圍欄都被預訂了，服務員幫我們把兩張大床拼到了一起。出門還可以由小車送到園區門口。酒店裡自帶園林景觀，湖心亭，鞦韆，讓小朋友流連忘返。湖心亭還可以餵魚，比旁邊的花港觀魚要更美。前台辦理入住的小姑娘看我帶着長者孩子，幫我開了一層挨着的房間，離餐廳和電梯很靜，而且還不吵
3.酒店出門就是1314旅遊專線，一站雷峯塔，三站靈隱寺，十站宋城千古情。還有公交車三站內直達植物園和動物園。不會像西湖周邊的酒店堵死
4.早餐小朋友很喜歡
5.第一天趕上了國壽會議，第二天趕上了婦聯會議，商務宴請的住店客人較多，但是依然感覺不到雜亂紛擾
