Very tranquil environment with traditional Chinese architecture. We took bikes to the West Lake tourist area and the 灵隐寺 pagoda. Walking around is not as convenient, so taking a bus, taxi, or bike is recommended from the hotel.

We had a great time as a family. Staff was nice. Free parking and great nature environment in walking distance. The hotel is clean and rooms are huge. Totally worth it.

Staff at reception desk are very helpful and polite. They helped carry suitcases to the apartment. The apartment is large and clean. The hotel is located in famous West Lake area and surrounded by a variety of vegetation. It is convenient to walk to the Shudi of West Lake. The breakfast is fine but the quality of food could be improved. As the hotel is a bit old (established in 2016), we encountered a sudden broken of power supply to our apartment in the morning, which made us a bit inconvenience. After we checked out and told the staff about the problem, they sincerely said sorry to us. Overall, we like this hotel and the staff very much and will be happy to come back.

Far from center with traffic(small roads on the way there). I would not recommend staying here if you want to explore the city. The resort doesnt have that much scenery, meaning you still have to take a taxi to go around. The reception is not that friendly.

I chose a hotel near the West Lake when I came to Hangzhou~
I didn't expect much, but it was so beautiful!!
Every waiter in the hotel was very nice, and helped us upgrade the room~The room was large, comfortable, clean and hygienic
But what attracted me most was the environment of the hotel, which was really beautiful and unique~I didn't want to walk to the West Lake, and even walking around the hotel was very comfortable
The most special thing is that the hotel also has travel photography services. The photographer has good photography skills and will always guide you on how to take pictures. He is very dedicated and responsible. I like it
