I stayed at Manju·Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Store for one night during a short layover, and it turned out to be a very practical and convenient choice. The best part about this hotel is definitely its proximity to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport — it’s located just a few minutes away, which makes it ideal for travelers who have an early flight or a long layover. The location really reduces the stress of travel days. The hotel offers a comfortable and clean environment, which is more than enough for a night’s rest before continuing your journey. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and the staff was helpful and polite. The room was basic but well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere that allowed me to rest properly before my flight. There are also a few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so grabbing a meal or some essentials was easy. If you’re looking for luxury, this might not be the place, but for short-term stays focused on airport access, it’s absolutely worth considering. I would recommend this hotel for any transit traveler flying through Hangzhou.

Great location and good service from staff (especially Xiao Sun), with a morning call provided. However, the overall vibe of the place felt quite eerie. The entire building is very old, and the corridor lighting was very dim and even flickering at times, which made it feel cold and creepy. Both walls of our room had noticeable creaking sounds. While the room was cleaned to a basic standard, the main issue we faced was bedbugs. We also encountered a few strange and unsettling incidents during our stay: 1. After knocking and entering our room, the toilet flushed automatically by itself. 2. We only had one room key card. Before leaving the room, we removed the card from the power slot, but oddly, the air-conditioner remained running and the TV screen turned blue as if it was on (though we didn’t switch it on). Possibly a power surge, but still strange. 3. I finished using the shower and made sure there was no water dripping before placing the shower head back. But when my friend entered, the water was running slightly. The moment he asked me about it and I approached the bathroom, the water stopped automatically. Since we returned to the hotel quite late (around 11–12 midnight) and had a very early flight the next morning, we were too exhausted to request a room change or report the issues in detail. Our suggestion: Please read through genuine reviews carefully before booking a hotel. Not all high ratings reflect the actual experience, especially if they’re prompted by the hotel itself.

Excellent location, walkable from HGH airport. Excellent view over the runway, from my room! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at several Manju hotels before and usually have a decent experience, but this particular location really fell short. The cleanliness was noticeably lacking, and it felt like attention to detail wasn’t a priority. Possibly because it’s near the airport, it seems more geared toward quick transits rather than comfort or quality. Even though I was entitled to a late checkout, I didn’t even wait—I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Compared to other Manju properties, this one was by far the worst. Definitely not the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from the brand.

I stayed in the hotel last night and was very impressed with the courteous service of the hotel staff. They allowed me to have a late checkout at 2pm so that I could go into the city to visit relatives without massive luggage. But one thing I want to remind the following travelors: better to take the Airport Shuttle Bus Route 1 or Route 3 at T3 or T4 instead of walking along the road for safety reasons. I walked on the road at night as I didn't know I could take an airport shuttle bus and would not recommend this walking practice for future reference. The breakfast was wonderful and itself was worth the price of the hotel night!
