Metro line 3 about 400 m away (Tunnel). Room service and new towels every day, although I would be fine when the towels were changed every other day. Sadly the kitchen was a bit dirty inside of the cupboards and there are no pots nor pans to cook.

The room is not bad, close to West Lake. Someone cleans the room every day. The hotel is large, relatively quiet, and has a good location. The doorman is responsible and safe. The downside is that there is no breakfast.

The environment is very good, clean and spacious, very comfortable, not far from the West Lake, close to the community on the roadside and easy to find. It rained heavily the next day and we couldn't play, otherwise we would stay here

It feels good. It's my first time staying here. The room is big and the business is big. You can hang clothes outside. But the room is too far away. It's a long way to go. Some places are a bit dusty.

The room is well-equipped and clean. The front desk staff Xiaomeng and Xiaoshao provide good service. There is an underground parking space, which is quite convenient.

The boss is very nice. Highly recommended. Good quality and low price.
