差！差！差！重要的事情説三遍！！！
經常出去旅行出去玩，大大小小的酒店基本都住過，這次我們團隊大概10個人來杭州出差，每人都訂了人均600元/晚的房間，住了一週左右，這家掛着四星級的新州賓館，是我入住體驗最最最差的了，沒有之一！
以下是我總結對這家酒店的各項服務的評價：
差評1：酒店服務：從保安-前台工作人員，全程沒笑臉，説話態度非常生硬，問路問附近有什麼飯店等情況，一問三不知，最後冷冷來一句，你自己查吧！
差評2：我要求不要安排電梯口的房間，上樓找房間查看，就在電梯口（此處我想飆臟話）
差評3：想喝熱水，跟前台要一次性杯子，前台讓我問客房部、客房部讓我問前台，我真..的服了
差評4：酒店客房晚上總會有“沙啦啦”的聲音，特別恐怖！
差評5：酒店配套：疫情期間，沒有一次性拖鞋；牙刷是最爛的那一種；
差評6：酒店早餐：菜品不新鮮，能吃的衹有餛飩是熱熱乎乎的；另外，我們早上要開會，沒辦法及時下去吃早飯，就打電話讓餐飲部送打包幾份早餐上來，對方直接拒絕，我們下去吃早飯的時候，他們卻在打包，説給領導打包的，真的無語！
但值得説的是，餐飲部的服務人員服務態度很好，怕顧客吃不飽，給餐飲部阿姨點贊，尤其是包餛飩的阿姨，特別熱情和耐心！
最後這家酒店好評找人刷的吧？服了，大寫的服，就這個酒店，居然還會説有好評，我不知道你們咋覺得好？

酒店交通便利，附近有銀泰和天虹商場，距離最近的是三堡地鐵站，步行6分鐘左右就到了；酒店很乾凈，簡單大方的裝修風格，房間特別大，細節也很到位，房間都是高層的，視野很好，很乾凈。早餐品種也很多，中式西式都有，用餐環境也很不錯。入住體驗很好，一是入住前的健康碼和行程碼的確認，讓我們入住的時候感覺很放心，酒店大堂很大氣，一進門就看見機器人在歡迎入住客人，好可愛，很有科技感，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，也很耐心，後來加房卡的時候會對身份進行確認，讓人住的很放心。有趣中又讓人覺得安心，被這家酒店圈粉了。下次還會再來哦！
