Last week I saw that the weather in Hangzhou was good, so I set off immediately. I saw this very affordable hotel the night before and decided to check it out. The hotel is about two to three hundred meters north on the northeast side of West Lake, and it is very convenient to travel by bicycle. Although the room is small and well-equipped, you can take a comfortable bath after a day of running around. The water pressure is high and the water temperature is suitable. However, the high humidity in the room that other guests have mentioned is unavoidable. It is recommended to turn on the air conditioner for a few hours to dehumidify when going out to play or eat. There are many scenic spots around the West Lake, but they are relatively scattered, and bicycles are prohibited on the lakeside. After more than two days of sightseeing, I still haven’t visited them all. But it’s worth taking a walk along Gushan Road-Baidu Line in the evening.

I was also able to complete the check-in procedure. The owner of the hotel helped me with the app when he found out that my Chinese was halting. When foreigners stay in some countries, they are required to register with the police, but when I told him that I had never ridden an electric motorcycle, the owner of the hotel let me ride on the back of his motorcycle and went to the police station with him. The owner and another woman work at the inn, and they were really supportive of laundry, water server, and room cleaning during my stay. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The maximum temperature was 39 degrees every day during my stay, so it was a relief to return to a room that was well cooled by the air conditioner. The shower booth was really small, but the water pressure and temperature of the shower were just right, so I was able to stay comfortably. My room was on the main road, but thanks to the comfortable room environment, I was able to sleep well, although the traffic noise was a bit bothersome. There was also a row of large plane trees along the main road, and the sunlight filtering through the trees in the morning was beautiful. For people like me who are looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this inn is perfect. This time I stayed in the summer, so I would like to visit in the winter next time. The room is average and the boss is very nice. Our train was late, so the boss turned on the air conditioner in advance. There is a bus station downstairs, but the place is too small. We used this location as a transit stop.
