It has been a great experience staying in this lovely place. The place brought back a childhood memory , visiting the grandparent in the village during the winter time😊. The unique , antique wooden furnitures are very beautiful. Great location. Will visit this place again for the next visit😊

The staff were polite and accommodating if you spoke Chinese. The location is excellent with sites, restaurants, shopping and bars on your doorstep. The hotel is a lovely setting and the accommodation was clean.
It was my partners birthday so I requested something a little extra and the hotel provided a birthday banner, balloons and a very nice rose petal heart on the floor in the living room. A lovely touch!
The TVs were both small and incredibly quiet. The WiFi was challenging to log on to and it kept dropping.
When we requested extras like a shirt steamer and a bucket with ice they came quickly and brought into the suite.
Good service but amenities need to be looked at.

來杭州被朋友推薦這家酒店：位置非常好，地鐵出來步行幾分鐘就到。老公出差，我帶孩子逛西湖，旁邊商場多較方便。住了一個很大的套房，酒店鬧中取靜衞生很乾凈，工作人員也很熱情。早餐出的是套餐口感不錯工作人員説餛飩是早上現包👍🏻，下次來杭州還住這家！

服務態度好，酒店環境不錯，很有底藴的民國風格，設施齊全，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，補差價還給我升級了！！房間超級好，乾淨整潔，床很大，衞生間乾淨，客房服務員熱情，房間內還配有免費迷你吧。早餐搭配很不錯，吃得很滿足。能量滿滿的開啟西湖暴走的一天！

酒店的地理位置很好，面臨西湖，背靠杭州最繁華的商業中心，鬧中取靜，交通非常便利。到酒店前有致電諮詢一些遊玩攻略，工作人員很耐心的講解，酒店進門就會有禮賓員在大堂幫忙寄存行李，熱情且專業。從訂酒店開始到離店，酒店給我的感覺就是非常的温馨舒適，早餐有中式和西式，我要了中式的，手工現做的餛飩很不錯，很合我的胃口。各方面都很不錯，很棒的酒店！
