the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. he answered lots of questions before we arrived and helped us get nat tests down the street. the location is so close to the lake and across the street from a great restaurant. i definitely recommend staying here!

The room is quite large for that area, clean, tidy and warm.

房間有蚊子有蟑螂還有蜘蛛爬上床，而且房間內也沒有配備直飲水，前台服務更是差到炸裂讓人髮指，沒有禮賓服務也就算了，我在烏鎮下暴雨無法到達酒店，不給取消也不給改期，最後我和家裡人硬是在凌晨十一點到達市區，前台打電話説讓我們快點發證件訊息給他，説是要下班了。難道酒店晚上沒有值班人員嗎？真的是這種酒店不會再住第二次了！客服説之前也有過因天氣原因無法入住的顧客談判成功率為0，什麼概念啊家人們！老百姓的錢也不是大風颳來了，這種無良商家就該好好查查！！！
我一般都不評論，第一次有店家能讓我發百字小長文這樣去形容，真的氣**不償命，房間還小，服務也差態度也差，設備不齊全，衞生也是真的不怎麼樣！
這房樑我抬腳都夠的到，説是狗窩也不為過，看我被酒店蟲咬的。
