This hotel is an absolute gem and is in the heart of Hangzhou. The atmosphere and vibe is like you’re out of Hangzhou and was really so relaxing. Check in was smooth, thank you to Julie at the front desk, she was sweet, kind and informative. My room was clean and tidy, I loved the shower room. The bed comfy and the view spectacular!! I enjoyed breakfast and walked around the lake afterwards. It’s a really buzzing and beautiful place to rest at. I think if it had a pool it would have completed the luxurious feel! Either way, I will be back for staycations here, I felt warm and welcome. Upon check out, the three ladies at the front desk yesterday was also so warm and cheerful, I’m so sorry that I didn’t catch their names as I was rushing out. Everyone I encountered were proficient in English, so it was easy to communicate. Also I had already booked with breakfast but I loved their little light breakfast bag idea, it was so cool! I’ll try it next time!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Line1 Metro station, which means very easy to travel.The room itself was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a modern standard, the bathroom was really nice. Great breakfast for a good start in the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, particularly appreciate Zoey's service, catered to any requests I had! Great cost performance,I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very clean! You can dig sand when you go out! The ceiling with the baby! What you see is what you get! There are also many places to eat nearby. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day! Especially the doll house, the children love it very much!

During the National Day holiday, the hotel was not full. We brought two children and got breakfast for one child. We also upgraded the room to a lake view room. Although the hotel does not provide free bath bags, Xiao Li from the hotel still bought one for us. I have to give a good review! The sound insulation of the hotel is really poor.

We used it as our wedding room. Thank you Harry, Julie, Cora for your support and help in coordinating parking spaces, late check-out, and finally cleaning. Good review👍

When I came to Hangzhou to send my child to school, I chose the Hilton nearby which had good reviews. After checking in, it really met my expectations. In particular, Harry, the manager on duty at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and considerate. I have extended my stay and will stay here again next time I come to visit my child.

Every time I go on a business trip to Hangzhou, as long as the hotel is not too far away, I will choose Jiayueli. It is a very good stay experience, especially the service of Harry and Sherry makes us feel like home. I will choose it again next time!
