The receptionist ( work number 52) was super hostile, she helped us to buy a local bus ticket to wuzhen which we cannot due to lacking of chinese ID. The hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable, they even gave us a small welcome gift.
5 star hotel, difinitely would come again.

Location is 10 min walk to Wulin night market. Stayed in Family room with 2 levels. Heating is too hot at upper level but too low at lower level. Lighting too dim at sofa area. Basin water at upper level is cold, whereas water at lower level is warm. Area is quiet, had good night sleep. Reception are very friendly and helpful. Offered free laundry & drying services. Breakfast is simple with a few dishes.

It's ok for a 1 or 2 days trip. There's a 10 mins walk from the Wulinmen MTR station. It was a bit struggle if there's 36-37°c hot, w/ luggages. Not that big as the photo shown. Some facilities didn't clean nicely. The customer service and the breakfast was good.

Modern hotel in a good location, close to 2 metro lines and shopping centers but not in a hectic/noisy area. Also not too far from main attractions. All was fine during my stay; no bad smell, no loud noises, good cleaning service, hot water, etc. Everything in good condition overall.

Amaze hotel. Location is good and easy to access for cafe and mini marts. Friendly staff with warm welcome. Lots of AI features in room and kid love it.

It is a cosy room in a quiet neighbourhood.
Walking distance to a bus stop that can connect you to various tourist attraction location. Also walking distance to 武林门地铁站 which is one stop away from 凤起路地铁站. Pretty convenient.
I actually booked the place cause it has washing machine! Which it didn't fail me. 🤣🤣🤣
Staff are friendly and helpful! And I like it that we can add their front lobby offical wechat, and just text them on request. No need to keep calling and running up and down.
