Loved this hotel. Staff was friendly and got upgraded freely. The room was spacious and the clean. The best comfortable. The location is really great. Nearby, you have a subway station but also many stores and cafes. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy hotel, nicely decorated with friendly service. The hotel is at a bend where most didi/taxi didn't want to turn in but not a big problem. There is a bus stop nearby which takes us to West Lake, Shopping areas. There hotel is surrounded by a number of hipster bars/coffee places around the area which made it a nice place to chill. There are some small shops around, pharmacies. Wulin Night market was not too far away but honestly not the best night market I've seen (think university fun fair project) the breakfast was just so-so for us, but we did see other travellers enjoying it a lot.

I wanted to upgrade my room, which due to the language barrier seemed to be a big ask... after some frustration and some time they managed to get it done thanks to Mr. 何志刚, who was very quick, solutions oriented and professional.
The room itself was very nice and clean.

A very nice and comfortable place for family of 5 to stay. The hotel location is very quiet but there are plenty options of food choices.

The staff is very helpful and responsive. My room motorized curtain stuck, could not fully close. The female receptionist attended to fix the issue at late despite despite of lacking of maintenance personnel. Location is close to HZ Westlake, abt 20-25mins by walk, 10-20mins by cab (depending on traffic). Room is 2-queen beds with loft. It has 2 toilets with 1 modern bathtub. Very comfortable stay. The staircase is a bit steep, but manageable. It is a few building away from main road Wuling road. That is fine on normal day, but it will be a bit troublesome on rainy day, especially with luggage. Have to wheel luggage to main road under rain.

The receptionist ( work number 52) was super hostile, she helped us to buy a local bus ticket to wuzhen which we cannot due to lacking of chinese ID. The hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable, they even gave us a small welcome gift.
5 star hotel, difinitely would come again.
