酒店位置很好，在濱江區最熱鬧的區域。樓下就是天街商場，吃飯、購物都很方便。晚上有很多夜宵的店，一條街都是。旁邊就是地鐵六號線，去哪都很便捷。酒店前台服務態度熱情，見面主動問好。睡眠較淺，前台細心的給安排了較為安靜的朝向。房間的衞生也不錯，乾淨整潔。健身房24小時開放，刷房卡就能進入，裏面配備了飲用水和毛巾，還有免洗洗手液。該有的設施也都有，跑步機，啞鈴等。總而言之，是一次完美的入住體驗。

前台部分員工服務相當差 態度以及做事方法 連續住酒店仍舊一貫保持前台續住比任何軟件都貴的原則 保潔不管是否有開免打擾都要敲門按門鈴 在告知前台需要休息請勿讓保潔打擾之後仍按門鈴 隔音相當差 在門口可以聽到門內説話 酒店樓層服務電話按鍵都沒有 不知道做個擺設幹什麼 差勁的地方太多
