The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed for one night during our layover. Although the location was quite far from the airport and city center, it was peaceful and convenient, with easy access to Didi. The surrounding area had plenty of amenities and a variety of food options.A bonus was the lovely café downstairs, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The unit we booked was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

I choose this hotel because i was in a hurry and didn't had chance to see all the details and amenities. It's located in a good location, you can get anything nearby, it's very convenient. A little disappointed with the toilet and light in the room. The toilet blocked in the middle of the night had to call reception and even after he unclogged it, it again got blocked, and the wash basin was also blocked and we couldn't get cold water there was only hot water if we moved to the cold side of the tap the water stops, and the light was not bright, room was looking a little dark, but it was a comfortable room, good to stay for a night, to avoid unnecessary troubles and problems.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The coffee shop on the first floor had one of the best coffees I have ever drank. The rooms were clean with all the needed things. Also the location of the hotel is very nice.

Had a lovely experience at East Inn! The check in experience was very smooth and easy, and the staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. The location is nearby Hangzhou East Train station, just a 5 minute car ride. Also walkable to the subway station. Many small restaurants and markets nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Good option if you need short stay. Didn’t like smell of cigarettes inside, and not super fresh. But according to price good option for short stay.

The hotel is adequate and has amenities needed for a short stay. The bed is hard unfortunately otherwise overall a good stay. Metro station is about 15-20 minutes walk, but food options are easily available.
