I choose this hotel because i was in a hurry and didn't had chance to see all the details and amenities. It's located in a good location, you can get anything nearby, it's very convenient. A little disappointed with the toilet and light in the room. The toilet blocked in the middle of the night had to call reception and even after he unclogged it, it again got blocked, and the wash basin was also blocked and we couldn't get cold water there was only hot water if we moved to the cold side of the tap the water stops, and the light was not bright, room was looking a little dark, but it was a comfortable room, good to stay for a night, to avoid unnecessary troubles and problems.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The coffee shop on the first floor had one of the best coffees I have ever drank. The rooms were clean with all the needed things. Also the location of the hotel is very nice.

The hotel is adequate and has amenities needed for a short stay. The bed is hard unfortunately otherwise overall a good stay. Metro station is about 15-20 minutes walk, but food options are easily available.

“Hotel” was extremely old and dirty. Huge drain flies near the sink, cleanliness of the room was also terrible. Thank god it was only for 1 night. My family and I almost wanted to just write off this expense and book another hotel. That’s how bad it was. Disgusting!

the hotel is at the center of the F&B scene of East Hangzhou, walking distance from the Hangzhou East Railway station, very good location near the bus stops, reception speaks English and the check in process was smooth, the price was also budget friendly, we paid 300 for the 3 of us, the room was clean and spacious, we will come back for sure😊
