HanTing Hotel (Hangzhou Lin'an)

Located in the heart of the old city, it's only a ten-minute walk to attractions. There are also many nearby snack bars, making it very convenient for evening dining. The room wasn't large, but it was cleverly designed. The bedding was clean and soft, and the pillows were the perfect height, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with comfortable water pressure, and the toiletries were small, so I felt safe. The hallway was quiet, and I wasn't disturbed at all. The front desk lady was very efficient and even asked if I wanted to take my bottle of mineral water with me when I checked out. Overall, it was a great value, clean, and hassle-free stay. I'll stay here again next time I visit the area.

The room was very clean and had a great view, considered a mountain view room. Parking is limited, but we happened to have a spot available, so we parked overnight, which was a relief. The two front desk staff members I dealt with were very helpful. After washing our clothes, they put them in the dryer for us and called us to pick them up. The waitress at the restaurant was also very helpful. I needed hot water for my morning medication, so while having breakfast in the restaurant, I asked for some. She stopped what she was doing and readily filled a glass for me. It's also very close to Qingshan Lake Scenic Area, a 10-minute drive away. The breakfast was quite varied. The fried noodles and siu mai were particularly delicious. There was one minor issue, though, and I don't know if it was a Ctrip platform issue, but I have to share it. I haven't encountered this on other platforms before. I booked a room with double breakfast on Ctrip, but the printed bill stated "breakfast not included." I went to the front desk to ask, and the manager (?) barely hesitated before offering to "give me two meal coupons," reminding me of my dining time and floor, and offering to scan my WeChat account for a positive review. The problem was indeed solved, but I still felt a bit uncomfortable—it wasn't a gift from you, it was what I earned. I was tongue-tied at the time, so I kept my frustration to myself and just complained here.

Good quality at a reasonable price, perfect location. She even called me when she pulled out one of the earrings. Lin'an is a beautiful and kind-hearted place.
