The air conditioner in the room didn't work. It didn't get any hotter after being turned on for a long time. I asked the waiter to contact the maintenance staff and they said they couldn't find any problem. I changed to another room and it still didn't work. It got to 18 degrees and couldn't get any hotter. It was mainly because it was troublesome for the children to take a bath and they were afraid they would catch a cold.

A highly rated four-star hotel in Fuyang District, Hangzhou. The front desk lady provided warm service and welcomed guests with fruit. The stay was comfortable and suitable for business trips. I will come again next time!

First time staying here, the river is in front!
After many years, I came to Fuyang again and felt that it has changed a lot. The hotel is in a good location, but I didn’t have enough time to look around! I look forward to going there next time!

I stayed in Fuyang for one night during the May Day holiday. The price/performance ratio is high, but the hotel decoration is a bit tacky and the facilities are old. The KTV downstairs is in the basement. It's a bit scary to go down there in the middle of the night. When I arrived at night, the lobby lights were also dim. The waiter checked in alone. I didn't have breakfast. That's it. I will choose other hotels in the future.

I was on a business trip nearby and it seemed that this was the only hotel with better conditions. The other one was still sold out. The company lobby can be described as magnificent, the room was large, and the breakfast was rich. I would recommend it.
