The room was quite spacious and very clean. Breakfast provided a good mix of typical Chinese breakfast foods. The gym/ workout area was very complete with endurance machines and a full complement of weights and weight machines. A man at the front desk went well beyond the usual in obtaining a taxi for me in the midst of a rush hour traffic jam,

酒店交通很方便，邊上是501大廈和慶春銀泰，盒馬也在501那，離地鐵走路10分鐘左右，打車也比較方便，酒店設施都很新，前台還幫忙免費升級了房型，住的很舒服，除了樓道里關門會有聲音，其他沒聽到什麼，比較安靜，當時入住前看點評還是比較害怕的哈哈哈，衞生乾淨，早餐種類不多，但是還可以，也很吃飽。總的來説性價比高。

酒店位置很好，旁邊就是501和銀泰，附近吃的也超多，地鐵和公交車就在附近。工作人員服務態度超好，特別是前台小王，給我免費升級了房型。特別棒的一次出遊。

這是我在今年國慶期間住的最滿意的一個酒店，性價比超高，服務特好！行政樓層，豪華大床房，真棒👍👍👍
設施：全新裝修，典雅時尚，很喜歡這種裝修風格，枕頭床墊都很舒服，房間安靜，安心舒睡！
衞生：很乾凈很整潔
環境：交通便利，離地鐵很近，幾分鐘路程，離西湖也很近，周邊配套齊全，吃的很多，還有大商場
服務：服務熱情，周到細緻，早餐豐富！

這個親子房是我住酒店以來第一次要小朋友付早餐費的酒店，而且要求付的是成人早餐價格。在跟酒店工作人員明確説明是親子房後也沒有任何效果。其他酒店衹要是定了親子房，不管顯示的是幾份早餐，小朋友用餐都是免費的。早餐的話肯定達不到四星標準。房間本身還可以，雖然邊上是高架，但窗户隔音不錯，聽不到外面任何聲音。
