We are two girls from other places who are traveling for a comic exhibition. The location of this hotel is very good. It is on Line 1 with the Convention Center. My friend and I felt that we didn't get tickets. We can visit the nearby business district, Hangzhou Tower, West Lake, and in77.
Service: Very good. My friend and I are not on the same train. He checked in first. After I arrived, the waiter asked me my friend's name first, and then called my friend to ask if he knew me before checking me in. I felt very safe
Facilities: Takeaways are delivered by robots in line. Other hotels will encounter the situation where even if there are robots, there are still takeaways. There are also public facilities in the office
Hygiene: The toilet is an automatic toilet, which has been used for a long time. There is a full-length mirror in the room

The overall hygiene is average, and the edges of the carpet in the corridor are particularly dirty. There are spiders hanging in the corridor at the door of the toilet, and I almost bumped into them when I went out.
But the most unsatisfactory thing is the service staff. When checking in, I was reminded to buy breakfast for my child, saying that it was 35/person, but I could buy a discount package on my mobile phone, 49/two days, so an older lady at the front desk took my mobile phone to operate. Afterwards, I found out that 1. I updated the app at will, 2. The breakfast package was a lie, and actually used my mobile phone to buy Huazhu membership, 3. I opened my WeChat and followed the Huazhu Club official account. Whether my mobile phone was used for other operations is unknown! It's terrible! I will never stay in this hotel again!
