She Say Inn (West Lake) is a cozy boutique hotel in Hangzhou, run by a single staff member who provided excellent service during my stay. The guestroom with a Queen bed had a stunning view, and the traditional Chinese decor added to the charm. The highlight of my stay was the hotel's resident cat, who was a friendly companion during breakfast in the cozy coffee shop. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

老闆一家服務態度很好，侷限於硬件設施，此次住宿體驗並不是很好。民宿總體來説很小，房間因此也較小，有點壓抑。位置比較偏僻，附近生活設施缺乏生活體驗不友好。而且離各景點距離都不近。都要打車，步行去不了。建議各位還是主要市區。

我難道寫點評的，這家民宿的確值得點贊👍
首先，女老闆人美心善。比如，當晚我11點多才到，她一直等着我，還耐心的給我講西湖遊建議，第二天怎麼玩少費體力又玩嗨，走時還幫我看車站是否弄對，送我到路口……
其次，環境相當不錯，就在西湖景區裏，交通便利，風景美、空氣好，不塞車，騎着單車也可放飛自己。
感覺像在家裡，温馨舒適，如有機會西湖看雪，還會住那。

她説民宿是一家非常有情調的民宿，園區裏的一草一木，一花一擺件，都顯示出老闆的用心和專注。坐在大堂靠窗的位置，一抹陽光灑在臉上，品着老闆娘泡的拿鐵。

這家民宿位置很好,西湖景區內,鬧中取靜,步行去雷峯塔10分鐘左右,沿着這條路下去,一路都是景點。
這家民宿院子很寬敞,陽光明媚的午後,即時在冬季,也是曖暖的。聽老闆娘介紹,這裏還可是圍爐煮茶,看這裏環境肯定不錯,可惜這次一人,下次帶家人來,一定要圍爐煮茶。
