Perfectly located within walking distance to West Lake, with a shopping mall right next door. The hotel offers amazing breakfast, spotless rooms, and exceptional 5-star service. Truly a 5-star experience!

Great location besides the Kerry Center and near the West Lake. Elegant and spacious room. Nice pool area with sauna, steam bath and hot jacuzzi.

Very nice luxury hotel close to the west lake. Also benefit from shopping mall and non chinesse restaurants there. Room was nice and spacy, breakfast good one with best service we had in china.

Location is very nice, less than 5 minutes walk to wulin night market and 15 minutes drive to west lake. Very close to the city centre as well. Room was great and nice amenities. Check in staff was great too. Had a small issue in the room and it was rectified very quick, thanks to the afternoon Duty Manager, sorry didn’t get her name. the service level is really amazing. Would love to revisit next time

Location was good, right by metro station and shopping mall with multiple dining options (fancy restaurants). Just few minutes walk to the lake.
Very nice lounge with live music.
Service was top notch, the staff was amazing, bilingual and very attentive to our needs.
No lake view and facilities were a bit dated.
