首先這1分給環境，處在西湖風景區，距離西湖、植物園等都很近，周邊吃飯的餐館很多。
前台小姐姐很温和也很神祕，據説有一輛小摩託，經常找不到她。
房間太小了、太小了，連打開行李箱的空間都沒有；衞生間很小，浴室小到轉不開身，洗澡水流的到處淌，堵不住啊；一直見不到服務員，一入住，上一家的垃圾滿滿一桶也沒倒。我們走時，把燒水壺的水倒掉了，垃圾桶放在開門可見的地方，希望能給收拾了。

民宿真的太棒了！從預訂的那一刻開始，就充滿了期待，民宿的工作人員也會提前聯繫，非常熱情細心的解答問題。房間實用又美觀，讓人覺得賓至如歸。環境寧靜，靠近植物園，小溪綠樹非常養眼，最近都能聞到陣陣桂花香。設施齊全，房間設有智能馬桶，自動窗簾，還有一個小陽台，房間寬敞明亮，一看就是用心經營的。
秋冬雙人特飲:貼心送到房間，熱飲很温暖。

房間很乾凈漂亮，裝修風格是我喜歡的風格，房間設施也非常的好，吃完飯出去逛一逛還是非常方便舒服的，價格也蠻合適的，希望下回還有機會來杭州旅遊.前台小哥哥小姐姐服務都很好，還非常的熱情，有什麼問題都會耐心回答的，整體很nice!

民宿乾淨衞生舒適，周圍交通房遍，停車也很方便，體驗感很好第二次過來入住 ，靠近植物園近期有菊花展，走路幾分鐘就到了，環境很美，前台服務熱情，還有咖啡提供，味道口感都很不錯。
