房間衞生還算乾淨，酒店附近吃早點，吃飯都挺方便的，免費停車，車停在地下倉庫挺方便的
提個意見，餐巾紙一共就衞生間半桶捲紙。

酒店位置比較好，市中心地段、離西湖也不遠，開車十幾分鐘的距離，酒店門口有停車位，後面是小區居民樓，環境很安靜，200米範圍內餐廳挺多出門吃點東西也很方便。免費升級了房型，衞生間是半套間的格局，面積還可以，酒店清潔也很及時。尤其是前台小黃服務非常到位對於我提出問題馬上安排人員幫我解決。下次來的話還會選擇住在這裏，值得推薦！！！！

一位男前台（不知道是不是老闆）服務態度特別好，女前台態度一般，我們早上退房，車在停車場，先打車去玩，問他我車停在停車場一會回來可以嗎，她説：“兩點之前開走免費，後面超出自己交”昨天有打電話問過説停車場費用，電話裏也是一位女士和我説24小時內免費，所以我就多問了一句不是24小時免費嗎，她就態度特別差的來了一句“那是你繼續住的前提下”我媽媽不知道後面超出費用就問他後面費用多少錢一個小時，他來了句不知道，我昨天就看到了超出的是5元/小時，他直接來句不知道，問她東西也是愛答不理就很無語。後來我們下午回來的時候超出一小時準備付款這位男士前台就説了直接給我們免費了。總體來説還行。

房間設備很齊全，很乾凈，周邊也很安靜，住的很舒服，因為停車費的原因，前台沒有處理好，後面酒店管家馬上聯繫到我問了我入住體驗，反饋以後立馬解決了我的問題，好評！
