We are foreigners from America and really enjoyed our stay at the Ren He Hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, huge room. We got the family room (家庭房间）and it was exactly what we needed, even though we don’t have children! The location was also amazing because it was so close to 西湖 Westlake and all the shopping. 我们买很多东西🥰 5 stars all around! 小雪也很厉害！

Excellent hotel experience it’s located at a very convenient area right next to west lake with various shops and mall around. Hotel was very accommodating and had excellent service, providing late check out, luggage storage, helping us find where to catch a didi and friendly service. Would definitely come back again and stay here!

The hotel's location is the best, near Jixian Pavilion. Just walking distance to the West Lake. The room is very clean and spacious. Hotel have a robot Xiaozhou service is good My children like the family room so much. The staff are very friendly too great

This is one of the rare hotels with family rooms. Got a connected room for the kids, sold as 1 room. The kids room had no windows but main room has.
Rooms are clean and new. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Just beside west lake, but driving in is super jammed all the time.

Just beside Xihu. Very convenient to visit xihu, it is also near metro station. Just a few stop to the Hangzhou east train station

Fantastic location very close to the metro and just opposite West Lake in the midst of eateries, restaurants and shopping. Nice breakfast spread and the soy milk was fresh and delicious. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
