I will comment on it every time I stay. I won't say much about other things. The overall cost performance is the biggest advantage. This time I want to talk about the bathroom. Both bath towels are damp. I don't know why. I hope it will attract attention and be improved in time.

The surrounding environment is good and it is very close to Yintai West Lake. The room is very clean and well-equipped. The room is spacious and bright, and the interior furniture is exquisitely and novelly decorated. The service is very thoughtful and I feel full marks after checking in~

The worst accommodation experience ever. At first, I was still glad that I booked early, but later I found that I was completely suffering. I have to say that checking reviews is indeed valuable for reference. Originally, I came to Hangzhou to select wedding photos + travel. The first day's schedule was very tight. I was caught in heavy rain in the afternoon. It was already past 11 o'clock when I returned to the hotel after selecting the photos in the evening. I wanted to have a good rest and wake up naturally the next day to continue playing. The hotel aunt chatted at the door at more than 7 o'clock (the storage room was next door). I waited for 10 minutes without stopping before opening the door and asking them to be quiet. I was very angry. My wife was worried that the aunt would deliberately clean up because of the unpleasantness in the morning. She specifically reminded the front desk aunt to speak softly the next day, and then the room only needed to send bath towels, no need to clean. The room was still tidied when I went back the next night. When I lifted the quilt, I found unknown blood and yellow stains, and the sheets were also very dirty. After calling the front desk, only a security guard came, and no employee came to explain the reason. After helping us spread the sheets, we put on the quilt cover ourselves (the first time in my life that I put on the quilt cover myself when staying in a hotel). It's not over yet. The next morning, the electric drill drilled for more than 2 hours. It started drilling after 8 o'clock (I recorded two videos for everyone to judge for themselves) We only require two things when staying in a hotel: clean and quiet. There is nothing wrong with these two basics. They can't even meet the most basic requirements. They are not as good as the 100 yuan a night youth hostel. Although the sound insulation is also poor, at least it is not noisy. I really question the attitude and professionalism of the hotel service. Mine clearance, I will never stay in this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.
