酒店沒在西湖景區裏，但是也避免了限行的麻煩，我們是當天開車路上預訂的，五一西湖景區既限號又限量附近的酒店都勸退我們。。。刷到後面看到溪尚酒店應該是別人臨時退的房讓我們撿漏了，電話諮詢了前台不限行我們欣然前往，然後後面都是驚喜！雖然沒在景區裏，但是交通很方便，離地鐵口很近，去西湖可以乘坐地鐵，關鍵是去靈隱寺很方便，可以走階梯上山又感受到了爬山的樂趣又可以吸氧，而且錯開了大門口排隊的困擾。周邊不遠有一個悠閑公園，傍晚走過去的，很幽靜晚上沒幾個人，溪水叮咚、綠樹環繞、曲徑通幽很放鬆。酒店的設施應該是四星級標準，很乾凈，古色古香，紅色調為準，以至於我臨走的時候放在桌子上的紅色U盤落在桌子上也沒被我發現，離店後第二天致電前台，幫我找到並寄到很是感激。遇到的每個工作人員都很熱情有禮貌，前台桌子上有手辦玩偶，孩子第一天駐足看了後前台小哥哥主動讓孩子選一個，第二天又續住了一晚孩子又選了一個留着送給朋友，白天去西湖的路上丟了自己的哭的傷心極了，晚上孩子期待着問前台自己的丟了是否可以再拿一個，前台小哥哥又好心的讓孩子選了一個，孩子回來後對酒店印象深刻極了，在此感謝遇到的前台小哥哥小姐姐們。酒店的自助早餐也很不錯，孩子挺喜歡吃。我們每年都要去一次靈隱寺，下次還會選擇住這裏。

房間寬敞，中式裝修，帶個小院，小橋流水。
酒店位置方便，乾淨衞生，也很安靜。離靈隱寺，西溪濕地公園都特別方便。
下次還會再預訂，推薦。

一進門就被小園林式的設計驚艷了，前台服務很熱情，房間也很乾凈。住在裏面感覺很幽靜，第二天起來還去後院一個小園林轉了轉，體驗很舒適。另：早飯很豐盛！😍

房間在一樓，有些潮濕，設施有點老舊。
院裏景色挺不錯的，可以在院裏坐坐，還有魚可以看。
早餐比較滿意，有現煮的麪和餛飩可以選擇。

環境：整個酒店環境都是偏中式古風的真的超級喜歡！☺️ 且留居大堂很敞亮。
服務：前台的兩位帥哥都超級熱情！！！辦入住速度快。餐廳服務員也都超級熱情！！！
設施：房間乾淨整潔，床和枕頭都很軟，不靠馬路真的很安靜。
衞生：打掃得很乾凈沒有任何缺點
總的來説：性價比高，入住體驗很滿意，下次出來玩還會選擇這裏！

出差的附近選了溪尚，想不到這麼驚喜。鬧中取靜的環境，有一個小園林，酒店相鄰的還有一個大公園，風景超級美。酒店服務也很貼心，前台小哥很耐心，幫忙拿行李到房間，還有水果送。早餐也很好吃，品種比較齊全，煮了一碗餛飩，好吃。
