It’s good location..but not clean ..I stayed at the 13th floor ,the floor have bad smell…the food is more of Chinese cuisine

首先到前台工作人員就讓人大無語，整個一個不專業，兩家人要求在臨近的房間不行，我們預訂兩天前台也看不到，告訴她們不需要做續房衞生回答説聽不懂😭牙刷在前台領房間裏面沒有也是活久見，進房間發現浴帽梳子香皂撒都沒有，聯繫前台讓自己去拿，這些不是應該統一放在房間麼？拿到的香皂居然是N年的老存貨，一打開就自動裂成幾塊，最後！房間裏面有蟲，有圖有真相！還挺大！強烈告知避坑，避雷！此酒店不建議入住！

酒店離我出差點很近。比較方便。住宿環境的話沒什麼大問題。沒聽到什麼吵鬧聲。晚上睡得比較好。裝修不是特別新，不過看着應該是近幾年裝修過。性價比挺好的

衹能説一分錢一分貨，設施陳舊，定的不是最差的房間，居然沒有冰箱，而且酒店四層是個會所，乘電梯的時候會遇到喝多了的人。第一次來杭州，酒店不是自己選的，和以前在其他地方住的酒店比較，感受不是很好，至少如果可以自己選不會選擇這家。

來杭出差，一直選擇住在君湖酒店，各方面綜合因素都不錯。為什麼把服務給了1星，起因是4月10日去維多利亞西餐廳吃早飯，酒店的早餐供應是10點結束，我在9：30分到達餐廳。取完早餐後來到了靠近自助台的位置坐下來，用餐到一半，大約09：50的樣子，因為快閉餐，餐廳的服務人員便還是收拾。推來了一輛收拾剩飯的車，把夾取食物的夾子，和不用的託盤統統扔進餐車，聲音很大。當時還沒有到停止供應早餐的時間。因為我的座位離自助台很近，收拾的服務員的手（沒有帶手套）就直接從我食物上略過去拿桌子上的紙巾墊着推車的把手。第一有客人還在用餐，這麼叮叮咣咣的聲音是不是在催促沒有用完餐的客人，第二服務員直接略過我的餐品去大力抽取紙巾，還哼着小曲兒，是不是一個酒店餐廳該有的行為？這種不尊重客人的行為是否該得到懲處。

按照價格來説還算可以，早餐性價比蠻高的，房間裝修很舊，廁所淋浴的門也關不上，水都會流到外面，總體感覺比較一般

客人來了一直住這家， 但是客人説這次入住有被吵到，酒店在裝修 雖然入住時有提醒 但是裝修時間也太早了 ， 建議裝修時間改到10 點以後

別來，別住，垃圾，服務不好，環境也不好，凌晨兩點訂房，12點催房，住就後悔，進門一張超級大鏡子，晚上起夜得嚇一跳，櫃子都破皮了，老得。
